SEDA has taken him to Ban Phao Village, Vientiane Province. The Village Committees has hosted him and take him to visit the schools from Kindergarten, elementary, and Jr. High School.

		<title>Farmers can proceed with fingerling</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Report from Ban Ha Lang, Attappeu, SEDA has been successful with donation of fingerlings (baby fish) to the vulnerable farmers. The first fingerling given to farmer members has amount of 26,600 fingerlings.
